annual phases totaling 450,000 cubic yards. The average machine deployment

Preparation of this 45-acre site required cuts and fills totaling 250,000
cubic yards. Underground crews laid 4,700 feet of sanitary sewer, 11,000
feet of storm sewer, and 7,000 feet of water mains.
