Stratford Crossing

Stratford Crossing Plat 6 & 7 is located within the Stratford Crossing development by the new Waukee High School. It is the newest project being built for Landmark Development featuring 124 lots and a 7.5-acre pond.  Sitework designed by Civil Design Advantage started in June of 2020, with an estimated completion of Fall 2020. Site utilities will include sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water to serve the new houses.
