Our safety mission is to identify the sources and causes of actual or potential injury, illness or other loss to the employees of McAninch, our customers, and the environment in which we live and work. The safety and health of our employees is the highest priority of our company. We believe in protecting the safety and health of our employees is morally correct.
Leadership Safety Training
Superintendents and Field Supervisors are subject to additional training requirements, including:
OSHA 10/30 hours classes
- First Aid and CPR
- Confined Space
- Lifting and Rigging
- Forklift and Powered Platform
- PPE Assessment
- Hazard Communication
Supervisors take the time to conduct a Daily Huddle to keep their crews mindful of safety practices in general and to address any hazards specific to their current work sites.
