Bentley Ridge Development
Accurate Custom Homes at the new Bentley Ridge development in Urbandale, IA is located directly north of Waukee Radiant Elementary School. Plat 1 consists of 99 lots, we also rough graded Plat 2 as part of this project with the total area being approximately 115 acres requiring 552,620 CY of topsoil stripping and cut to fill as well as 6,400 ft. of sanitary sewer, 9,700 ft. of storm sewer and 6,500 ft. of watermain. This project is currently ready for site paving with Alliance Construction Group LLC.
