QTS Data Center Campus

McAninch provided grading, utilities and medium voltage telecom services for the QTS Data Center Campus in Cedar Rapids, IA. As the largest economic development in the city's history, QTS partnered with the City of Cedar Rapids to support the construction of 7 data center buildings located on 612 acres within the Big Cedar Industrial Center. Our work on site started with grading, wet utilities and dry utilities for the West Campus and DC 1, 2, and 3 buildings. We then began performing grading and logistics work on the DC 6 building, as well as MV/Telecom services for DC 4 and DC 6.
